Week one was great, lost almost 11 pounds, week 2, 4 pounds so far. The drops are the worst tasting thing I have ever piy in my mouth, don’t look at it, brown with tiny chunks in it, I do a full body shudder every time. This is my second round of hcg, first round was 3 years ago. Lost 38 pounds that time, different manufacturer of the drops, did not have that horrible bitter taste.

This diet is very difficult for any person trying it. At times I found myself very hungry. Me being relatively average, I can’t imagine bigger people being able to go through with the diet from start to finish and within the guidelines.
